Well, the tribe has spoken. As part of Brandywine Bicycle Club's 40th anniversary season, the club is rolling out a new logo. The club reached out to artist and graphic designer Pumpernickel Stewart, who developed a logo that we feel truly captures the essence of our club - BBC is all about helping cyclists discover the open road.
The proposed designed was then vetted and voted on by our membership, including the final choice of color. The club will use alternate versions of black and white as needed, but the primary color pays homage to the founding members of the club and the color of the original logo - orange.
Some of the feedback from our members:
"I like the simplicity and streamlined look."
"I love the proposed logo. It's clear, modern & eye-catching."
"The gear ring and road image are fun."
BBC will begin using the logo on the website, print media and future club jerseys immediately.
